Parent Partner

FIERCE Advocates is currently hiring for a Parent Partner to support parent leadership, community engagement, and advocacy efforts in West Contra Costa County.

This role helps connect parents and caregivers to resources, build advocacy skills, support community meetings and events, and strengthen relationships with residents and partners.

Men’s Life Coach

FIERCE Advocates is seeking a Men’s Life Coach to provide individualized coaching, mentorship, and supportive services to men working toward personal, professional, emotional, and overall life goals.

This independent contractor role supports participants through one-on-one coaching, goal setting, self-reflection, healthy coping strategies, leadership development, and community engagement.

The Men’s Life Coach will use a strengths-based, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and participant-centered approach while creating a welcoming environment for Black, Latino, and other men of color.
