Riana is an East Bay native who was born and raised in the City of Pride and Purpose - Richmond, CA. Riana is committed to capacity building and leadership development so that all people can positively impact their communities. She loves creating brave spaces for people to listen deeply and speak freely. Riana has a BA in Ethnic Studies from Mills College and a Masters of Divinity from Pacific School of Religion. She is a proud mom of four and lives with her family in Oakland.
