Charmeng is a native of San Bernardino, California, and a proud mother of seven children. Charmeng’s love for people to have better beginnings that lead to better futures for generations led her to become a breastfeeding peer counselor, doula, medical assistant, and in-home care provider/CNA. Charmeng is a local artist and entrepreneur who creates original artwork and keeps empowering with love, unity, affirmations, consistency, knowledge, and understanding at the forefront because she is a member of the communities in which she works and volunteers.
