Gabino Arredondo

Gabino is the Housing Authority's Executive Director for the City of Richmond, CA. Gabino has extensive experience in city government where he has been responsible for supporting the successful implementation of Richmond’s Health in All Policies (HiAP) Strategy and Ordinance. Richmond’s HiAP implementation is a collaborative effort with City staff, institutional partners, community-based organizations, and Richmond residents to achieve health equity within the City. Additionally, Gabino supports the implementation of new public policy initiatives as directed by the Richmond City Council. Gabino has a B.A., in History and Chicana/o Studies with a Minor in Education, from UCLA and a M.A in Language & Literacy and Society & Culture, from UC Berkeley.
