Rosemary Healy

Rosemary Healy is a skilled HR leader with a background in creating and managing HR policies. Her diverse experience includes roles as a Montessori preschool teacher, Museum Specialist for the National Park Service, and substitute teacher in the West Contra Costa Unified School District. Born in Oakland, raised in El Cerrito, and currently residing in Richmond, CA, Rosemary is driven by solving complex problems and believes in collaboration and inclusivity.

She holds a BA in Anthropology from St. Mary's College and an MA in Museum Studies from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, along with certifications in Crucial Conversations and Lean Six Sigma. Recently, she led the launch of an online HR help desk for CA State Parks and is passionate about preserving and enhancing natural and cultural spaces.
