Paula is an advocate for the family and has committed her life to bringing restoration in her community, state, country and abroad. As the founder of Above Adequate, Paula is a certified life coach, professional speaker and trainer, Paula has mentored youth, young adults and women nationally and internationally. Paula trains life coaches and mentors, and educates staff members of organizations and ministries on how best to serve their colleagues, organization and community. By coaching individuals and assisting them with their personal growth, development skills and inner-transformation, they become healed and whole.
