Talia Yaffa Rubin

BOARD VICE-PRESIDENT

Talia is a Clinical Supervisor with the City of Fremont’s Human Services Department. Talia has managed programs serving unsheltered individuals, including Outreach, Encampment Management, Health and Hygiene interventions, Hunger Relief Efforts, Emergency Shelter, and Community Cabins programs. She has extensive experience in the field of social work, including direct clinical practice, research, project design, and implementation, and community development. She has a bachelor’s degree from UCLA in Cultural Anthropology with a concentration in Sub-Saharan Africa and earned her MSW from California State University Los Angeles with a concentration in Forensic Social Work in 2010.
