With over 8 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, and strategy for nonprofits focused on asset building and global microfinance, Tejal's expertise includes fundraising, event planning, strategy, and data analysis. She actively contributes to community initiatives as an Encore Fellow with the West Oakland Health Council and serves on committees for Juma Ventures and the AIF Bay Area Chapter. Her work is inspired by her upbringing, emphasizing economic prosperity, immigration, education, and wellness, and she is particularly drawn to FIERCE Advocates' mission to support parents and caregivers in Richmond.
